BYO Cafe Program
Our BYO Café program allows existing independent café owners to transform their current business with the help of the Stellarossa brand and our complete Business System.
Sometimes independent cafe or restaurant owners come to a point in their journey where they realise they could be getting more out of their business but don’t know where to start. They’ve got the drive and motivation, but need some help with the ‘how’.
In our BYO Cafe program, we work closely with you refresh the look and feel of your cafe and add the Stellarossa touch. We implement our proven systems, train you to use them effectively, and provide ongoing franchise support to help you turn your café into a fully optimised and thriving business, while retaining ownership and passion.
This program within a franchise framework is possible for us because Stellarossa cafe is bespoke. We work with you to develop something that has the best of both worlds, and still allows you to do what you love every day.

Stellarising

'Stellarising' means taking a broken venue and completely transforming it - updating the look and feel, and integrating the Stellarossa Business System to create a vibrant, fully operational café that feels brand new.
The new Franchise Partner is then fully supported and set up to operate successfully within the Stellarossa system. This is a complete end-to-end approach that allows us to deliver a low-cost turn-key Stellarossa experience that’s fully integrated and supported by our franchise business framework.
